Orders and Payments
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the shipping address specified at checkout. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes, so we ask that you double check the shipping address before completing your payment. Following checkout, you will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched. We accept all major credit cards.
Delivery
Daisy White uses several different types of postal service providers, including Royal Mail. Postage is free for orders of £30 and over. Postage up to £29.99 is £2.95. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time and can only deliver to UK addresses.
Damaged Goods
At Daisy White we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to dispatch. Should you receive an item(s) that you are not satisfied with please contact us within 48 hours via our email address: daisywhitefragrance@gmail.com.
Please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details to us, as well as any supporting evidence. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact. Should your item(s) be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier.
Returns and Refunds
Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping experience as fun and enjoyable as possible. So, if you change your mind after you check out, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days from when you receive it.
If you’d like to return any items within this period you'll need to pay the postage. We recommend a tracked and insured method of postage, please ensure that there is a note with it so we can identify you and your order number in order to process the refund. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
